On your own server, in your mill. No data is sent to the cloud or shared with any third party.

Yes. A trial version is available to download with a trial key sent by email.

Can payment be spread out?expand_more
Yes. Pay in full and get −10% on the license, or pay in three instalments aligned with the campaign: 30% at order, then 35% and 35% during the milling season. The discount applies to the license; annual maintenance is billed at the start of each campaign.
Does my data go to the cloud?expand_more
Not for operations: your data lives on your server, offline. Optionally, an encrypted backup can be sent off-site to protect you against a server failure — it's encrypted on your machine, so the vendor cannot read it. Retained history is 7 days (Standard) or 90 days (Professional and up).
What's the difference between Standard and Professional?expand_more
Standard covers the mill's whole operation: operations, farmer invoicing, HR & payroll, ONH reports, farmer portal and backup. Professional adds full accounting, e-Fatoora and tax filings, invoice OCR, bank reconciliation, analytics (costs and margins) and the AI assistant. Accounting and bank reconciliation are specific to Tunisia.
